For aluminium parts:

Chromating: A method of surface treatment of aluminium materials in which a corrosion resistant protective layer is formed on the surface. Subjects are immersed in a special impregnation solution which will ensure the primer layer under the paint and extend the life of the material.

For steel parts:

Zinc galvanisation: (zinc coating) is a technology to form a protective zinc coating on the surface of a metal material, or a product made of steel or iron. We can provide these two ways of galvanising:

• bulk galvanising in drums - small parts
• suspension zinc galvanisation

Pickling of hot-dip galvanised parts: To decontaminate (remove) old paint coatings and dirt on metal parts.
